Bell County Lookups by Email

Please be respectful of any person you request to do a lookup. The people are usually involved in their research, have jobs during the day, and are doing this on a voluntary basis. Limit your requests to one or two names unless the volunteers say they will accept more. Provide as much information as possible and please be as specific as possible. "Requesting anything on Smiths" will not get much of a response. Be sure to express you appreciation to the volunteers for the efforts made on your behalf.

Lookup Volunteers will be able to assist you by checking only their personal books.

Karen Tomecek will do lookups in THE STORY OF BELL COUNTY, Vols 1 and 2.

Joe D. Deaver will do location lookups in BELL COUNTY HISTORY.  This 1958 book by the Temple Junior Chamber of Commerce has photos and descriptions of various places and landmarks in Bell County.  There is NO index of names, only locations.  Very rare and interesting book!
